Privacy Notice

Colours Global, Inc. ("Colours Global", "we", "us") operates coloursglobal.com. This notice explains what this website collects, why, and what choices you have. It describes the website only — not services delivered under a separate client agreement.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
- Contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), the topic you select, and the message you write.
- Newsletter form: your email address, and your name if you provide one.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and this site is not directed to children.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics technology. It stores a small amount of data in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device and is not readable by us:
- your light/dark theme preference;
- whether you have dismissed the newsletter prompt, so it stops reappearing.
You can clear this at any time through your browser's site-data controls. Because none of it is used for tracking or advertising, no consent banner is presented.
Third parties
Typefaces are served from this site itself, not from a font CDN. The following receive your IP address and browser user-agent simply because your browser requests files from them. Neither receives anything you type:
- Vercel Inc. — hosts this website and serves every page.
- jsDelivr — serves the map data used by the impact map, and the database client library.
Form submissions are stored with Supabase Inc., our database provider, and are readable only by authenticated Colours Global staff. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
How long we keep it
We retain contact-form submissions for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA.
To make a request, email privacy@coloursglobal.com. We will verify your request by replying to the address we hold and respond within 45 days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored in a database with row-level access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
